  • HOW IT WORKS

    We’ll nail down all the fine details up front together and build a flat-rate proposal with scoped deliverables, timelines with key milestones, and revision rounds. Change orders and additional fees are required for additional revisions or added services. Project initiation minimum is $500.

  • HOW IT WORKS

    Megan is on-demand just an email away when a project pops up. Time tracking is transparent and by the quarter hour. Invoices usually get sent at the end of the month or as a project gets wrapped up.

  • HOW IT WORKS

    You’ll prepay for a fixed number of hours per month and we’ll work on your queued up projects. This ensures Megan’s prioritized commitment to utilize all hours over the course of the month as well as allow flexibility in the scope of work. If more hours are needed, depending on available bandwidth, additional time can still be scheduled in, but otherwise allows for predictable budgeting. Megan is a consistent creative partner—without the overhead of hiring in-house help.

  • Filling out the Contact form is the best and fastest way to get in contact with Megan about your upcoming project. Forms are sent to a 24/7 monitored account and she will be in touch with you within 48–72 hours within form submission.

  • Yes! The Mega Creative Company has a legal contract that must be signed before any work is initiated. Within the contract, it will detail both of our obligations (as service provider and client), pricing, payment schedule, and expected deliverables. If your company has a preferred preexisting contract, we can also work off of that.

  • The Mega Creative Company offers services in a variety of setups, whichever is most convenient for the client:

    • Time or deliverable-based monthly retainer

    • Hourly as-needed

    • Project-by-project (initiation deposit + set payments required)

    • Prepaid block of hours

    • Embedded/fractional (part-time)

    • Hybrid models

    The Mega Creative Company does not accept single projects under $500.

She’s highly collaborative and encourages feedback at each step in the process. She is very organized, timely, and loves a good process.
